Live support — NZ time, 24/7
PUBLISHED TERMS · LAST UPDATED 25 AUGUST 2026
This is the AssignmentHelpNZ refund policy. It sets out when money comes back, when a free revision is the remedy instead, and what sits outside both. Every qualifying and non-qualifying situation is listed in a table, alongside the claim window, the decision window, the payment window, the cancellation terms, the late-delivery scale and the escalation route. It applies to every order placed through this site.
Policy questions and claims go to the same team.
CLAIM WINDOW AFTER DELIVERY
14 days
Free revisions run for 7 days from delivery. Both windows are defaults pending client confirmation.
Secure & confidential. No spam.
THE RULE BEHIND EVERY DECISION
Most refund fights start the same way. The file missed the brief, and the only remedy was an argument at 3am.
Last updated: 25 August 2026
Money back does not hand in an assessment. If the argument drifted, a criterion was skipped or the referencing is wrong, the same writer redoes it free — and you get a file you can submit.
Sometimes no time is left to redo anything. Sometimes the file answers a different brief, or never arrived. The AssignmentHelpNZ refund policy names those cases below rather than leaving them to a support agent's mood.
These terms cover every order, alongside the terms you agree to at checkout and our academic integrity position. Where they disagree, the more generous reading wins.
THE WHOLE THING, ON ONE SCREEN
Other services bury this in a clause numbered 8.4.2. Find your situation on the left, read across.
The same rows govern an essay written to a criteria sheet and a postgraduate dissertation chapter alike.
EVERY DOLLAR BACK
The AssignmentHelpNZ refund policy names the situations where a rewrite would insult you rather than fix it, and returns the whole figure instead.
The simplest row in the table. No file means no charge, and the money goes back without a claim being argued.
If the delay was ours and you could not submit, the whole figure returns, even on a three-hour turnaround we agreed to take.
Not a weak paper — the wrong paper. Wrong case, wrong module, wrong task.
Sources nobody can find, or that do not support the claim beside them. The failure we take most seriously.
Duplicates go back to the original card or account, unprompted.
Every file carries a similarity index. If the matched text is ours and we cannot clear it in time, that is a full refund.
SHOWING THE ARITHMETIC
Under the AssignmentHelpNZ refund policy a partial refund is a proportion, not a gesture. Its size is set by how much of the order was delivered, how much of it you could actually use, and where the failure sat.
A four-section report is four parts. A deck plus notes is two. Only the failed share counts.
Submitted work has value even when it disappointed. Work you could not hand in has none.
A missing appendix is ours. A brief you rewrote at midnight is yours. The decision email says which.
The order value in that example is an ordinary one — most orders on this site sit between a few dozen and a few hundred New Zealand dollars — and the same method applies whatever the figure. It covers a short presentation deck build, a multi-section business report and a long thesis chapter project alike. Rounding always goes up, to the nearest dollar in your favour. You are sent the arithmetic, not just the outcome.
THE HONEST HALF OF THE PAGE
A policy that says yes to everything is one nobody honours. These refusals are published before you order.
We do not sell grades, so we cannot refund one. Marking is your marker's call and moderation is your school's, and neither is a process we sit inside. A disappointing mark is not, on its own, a failure of the brief.
Lecturers do change the task, and we requote quickly. We will not treat a new scope as a failed old one. Send the update the day it arrives.
Evidence goes cold. Portals close, feedback is archived, and no writer can answer for a file two trimesters back.
If a writer asked for the rubric on Tuesday and it came Friday, the clock moved. The late clause covers our delays, not shared ones.
The similarity report, detection report, referencing sweep, formatting and line edit are worth NZ$100 and cost nothing. Never charged, never separately refundable.
We never sit a test as you or log in to your portal, and we say so before payment. Where exam and quiz preparation is bought instead, these terms apply.
LODGING A CLAIM
Claims open on delivery and stay open for 14 days. No account, no template, no legal tone. An order number and one clear sentence starts it.
Write to info@assignmenthelpnz.com or use the WhatsApp thread you already have.
Late, missing, off-brief, bad citations, part-delivered. Naming it saves two rounds.
A screenshot beats a description. The list below is what moves a decision.
One email: outcome, amount and reasoning.
Claims about a research paper and its method section or a case study analysis settle from the criteria sheet alone. Where clinical content is involved, the specialist behind the nursing brief reads it, not an administrator.
EVERY WINDOW, WRITTEN DOWN
These are the standard windows. Most close faster, and we say so on day one if yours will not.
Weekends and New Zealand public holidays do not count. Support runs 24/7; the finance run does not.
If your submission is still open, say so first. Same-day decisions are possible.
Once payment leaves us, the timing is your bank's. You get the reference to chase it.
CURRENCY, METHOD AND RECORD
A decision is only half of it. This clause covers what actually reaches your account, in what currency, by what route, and what evidence of the payment you are given.
Refunds are issued in NZD at the figure on your invoice. We do not convert, and we do not deduct a processing fee from the amount awarded. If your bank applies its own conversion on the way back, that leg is between you and your bank.
Money goes back down the route it came up: the original card, the original bank transfer, or the original PayPal balance. Where that card has expired or been closed, we pay a New Zealand bank account you nominate from the email address on the order.
A refund is a payment, not a voucher. We do not substitute store credit, a discount on a future order or a free upgrade unless you ask for one of those instead, in writing, and say so in the same thread.
The free extras attached to an order — the similarity report, the referencing sweep, the formatting pass and the line edit — are never priced separately, so they are never refunded separately either. A partial refund is always calculated against the writing you paid for, whether the order was a short proofreading and editing pass or a full dissertation build.
CHANGING YOUR MIND
The AssignmentHelpNZ refund policy measures cancellation against one thing: how much of your paper already exists. Extensions get granted and plans change.
Everything comes back. No hours have been spent, so there is nothing to charge for. One message does it.
You pay for what exists. We ask the writer how far in they are, send you the partial draft, and refund the rest.
Cancellation no longer applies. Once you hold the work, the question is whether it met the brief. The table above governs that.
Got an extension and want to move a rush order down to standard? That is a repricing, not a cancellation, and the difference comes back — the same route as a lower price for booking earlier.
THE CLAUSE THAT MATTERS MOST
Lateness is the failure students fear most, so it gets the clearest rule, measured against the delivery time we agreed.
This clause is why we turn work down. Three hours is the shortest brief we take, and only when it is clear, because a yes we cannot keep costs more than the order is worth. What we accept sits with our main assignment writing service, and the writers bound by the AssignmentHelpNZ refund policy are on the writer panel page.
IF THE ANSWER IS WRONG
Reply to the decision email within 14 days and say why. One sentence opens a second review by someone with no part in your order or the first answer.
The reviewer sees your brief, the file, the reports and the first decision. They can raise the amount, never lower it.
Written, with the reasoning spelled out. If it agrees with the first answer, you are told why.
