This page is the whole agreement between you and AssignmentHelpNZ. There is no second version and no clause that only appears at checkout. It sets out what we supply, what you agree to, how a quote becomes a fixed price in New Zealand dollars, who owns the work after delivery, what happens when a deadline slips, and which law applies if the two of us disagree.
You accept these terms by accepting a quote and paying against it. Read the clauses that touch your order before you do. If one is unclear, ask us first — the contact routes and the dispute clause are set out further down this page. It is governed by the law of New Zealand and was last updated on 25 August 2026.

This agreement is between you and the registered New Zealand operator of assignmenthelpnz.com, trading as AssignmentHelpNZ from Level 3, 55 Shortland Street, Auckland CBD 1010. You means the person who sends the brief and pays for it.
Our registered entity details and New Zealand Business Number sit on every invoice, and we will send them before you pay if you ask.
You accept these terms by accepting a quote and paying against it. Nothing is signed. A quote is an offer; it becomes an order when your money moves. Three pages form part of the same agreement: what we do with your personal information, the refund policy and our academic integrity position. Where this page and one of those disagree, the more specific page wins.
Delivered material means the finished document plus the reports that travel with it. If you are under 18, a parent or guardian orders on your behalf.
SCOPE, STATED PLAINLY
Everything else here hangs off this clause, so it is said once, without hedging.
We supply academic writing assistance, review, feedback and reference material, written to your brief by a person, from scratch, for one student. It reaches you as a model answer, a worked example, an edit or criterion-level feedback. What you do with it afterwards is your decision, under your institution's rules rather than ours. We do not tell you it is safe to hand in as your own.
Human-written is a term of this contract, not a slogan. Your brief goes to a named, degree-qualified writer drawn from a panel of 450+ verified academic writers and subject experts, and you see that writer's degree, city and rating before any money moves. A few of them are profiled on the writer panel page. The same scope holds for an edit through proofreading and editing, a methods chapter under research paper and proposal work, or a deck built through slide and speaker-note writing.
YOUR SIDE OF IT
Obligations you take on under the AssignmentHelpNZ terms of service. The integrity one is the only obligation a student can genuinely get wrong without noticing.
Upload the assessment sheet, rubric, word count and referencing style. A paper that misses a band usually missed a criterion nobody sent us.
Every New Zealand university and Te Pūkenga institute publishes an academic integrity policy, and each draws the line differently. We can tell you what we supply. We cannot tell you what your faculty permits.
The portal submission time, in New Zealand time. Padding it to feel safe is how an urgent brief gets planned as a comfortable one.
A worry raised in the order thread on day two is a revision. The same worry a fortnight after submission has far fewer options in it.

Your first payment forms the contract and locks the figure. After that it moves only if you change the scope, in writing.
No urgency loading applied later, and no charge for the reports or the included revision. Every subject is quoted this way from the main assignment writing service. Three hours is the floor, and a same-day brief gets a straight refusal when the scope will not fit the clock.
MONEY, IN ONE CURRENCY
Students on a student budget deserve the total before the enquiry, not after it.
Quotes, invoices and refunds are all in New Zealand dollars. An overseas card may attract your bank's own conversion fee.
A whole thesis is never one invoice. Chapters are quoted and paid one at a time, which is how thesis chapter support and dissertation work across a semester stay inside a real budget.
Similarity report NZ$25, detection report NZ$20, referencing sweep NZ$18, formatting NZ$15, line edit NZ$22 and one post-feedback revision are all inside the quoted total. They are a term of this agreement, not a promotion that can be withdrawn mid-order.
A payment that fails or is reversed pauses the order rather than cancelling it. If a quote is more than you can carry, say so before accepting: the lower-cost route sets out what changes.
DEADLINES AND WHAT BREAKS THEM
Ninety-seven per cent of briefs go back before the stated time. This clause governs the ones that do not.
One limit is contractual rather than editorial. Three hours is the shortest window we accept, and only for a compact brief whose sources are already named.
THE REVISION CLAUSE
The line between a revision and a new order is the brief, not the effort.
A criterion the draft addressed thinly. A section that drifted off the question. A referencing style applied to the wrong edition. One revision after your marker responds is included, with the same writer.
A different question, a new case organisation, another thousand words, a framework nobody mentioned at the start. That is fresh work and it is quoted as fresh work.
The window does not shut on a day count. It stays open until your marker has responded and you have had a fair chance to act on it.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Short version: it is yours once it is paid for, and nobody else ever gets a copy.
When your order is paid in full, every intellectual property right in the delivered material passes to you, copyright included. Until that payment clears it stays ours.
Your work never enters a sample library, a database or another student's order. Reselling it would put the person who paid at risk.
Once the revision window closes, the writer's copy goes. The only student words published here sit on the reviews page, and only with permission.
You agree not to resell it, publish it, or pass it to another student on your paper. Two identical submissions in a cohort is the fastest route to an integrity meeting.
BOTH DIRECTIONS
Under the AssignmentHelpNZ terms of service this runs both ways, and our half is heavier.
Your name, contact details, campus, paper code and the brief — held for the order and the revision window, and nothing else.
That you are a customer. Not to a university, not to someone claiming to be from one, not to a parent, not to a classmate holding your order number.
You agree not to publish the order thread or identify your writer publicly. Writers put real credentials on a public panel; the trade is that the pairing between a writer and an order stays private.
THE HONEST NO
Publishing the refusals costs less than taking the money and disappointing you at 2am.
Refused on sight. At exactly three hours it is a yes only when the brief is compact.
No portals, no proctored sessions, no impersonation. What exam support actually covers is timed practice and worked answers.
A brief outside what the panel genuinely knows gets a refusal, not someone learning your subject on your deadline.
Send us your faculty's rule, then ask for something that plainly breaches it, and we decline.
Deadline stress is forgiven. Threats in an order thread end the order.
A disputed payment on delivered work pauses everything while we sort it out. Genuine problems have a remedy; a chargeback used instead of a conversation does not.
Cancel before a writer starts and you pay nothing. One thing we never refuse: a draft you generated yourself and cannot vouch for. Rewriting a flagged draft is an ordinary order under the AssignmentHelpNZ terms of service.
WHERE OUR DUTY ENDS
Every service writes this clause vaguely. Here it is split into what we answer for and what we do not.
Under the AssignmentHelpNZ terms of service, our total liability on any order is limited to what you paid for it, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing here removes or limits a right you hold under New Zealand consumer law that cannot be contracted out of. The rest of what we refuse to promise sits on the page about who we are.
NEW ZEALAND LAW
A local service that answers to an overseas jurisdiction is not a local service.
The AssignmentHelpNZ terms of service are governed by the law of New Zealand, and the New Zealand courts have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them. That holds whether you study in Auckland, Dunedin or offshore.
Before anything escalates, both sides agree to try to settle it directly. Email info@assignmenthelpnz.com with your order number, or ring the number on the contact page — support runs 24 hours a day on New Zealand time. If that fails, the parties will attempt resolution through an independent dispute-resolution provider in New Zealand before starting proceedings. Nothing here stops you exercising a right under New Zealand consumer law.
VERSIONS AND NOTICE
Terms that change without notice are not terms. Here is the rule we hold ourselves to.
The version governing your order is the one published when you accepted your quote. A later change does not reach backwards.
Every edit moves the last-updated date, currently 25 August 2026. Where a change is material, active customers hear by email.
A new order after a change means you accept the current version. There is no subscription and nothing to cancel.
Superseded versions are kept and will be sent to you on request, so you can read the exact wording that governed an order you placed last semester. Questions that are not contractual are answered in the full question library.
THE REMAINING CLAUSES
The clauses that sit at the back of most agreements, written out rather than compressed into one unreadable paragraph.
Formal notice under this agreement is given in the order thread or by email to the address you ordered from, and to info@assignmenthelpnz.com from your side. A notice is treated as received on the day it is sent, New Zealand time. WhatsApp and phone are for speed; if a message changes the scope, the price or the deadline, it is confirmed in writing before it takes effect.
Raise it in the order thread first, where the writer and the coordinator both see it. If that does not settle it inside two working days, email info@assignmenthelpnz.com with your order number and ask for it to be escalated. Escalation goes to a person, not a queue, and you get a written answer rather than a status change.
An earthquake, a national outage, an illness or a bank failure can stop work neither side chose to stop. Where that happens we tell you the same day, name a new time, and you may cancel the unstarted part of the order for a refund of what was not worked. Nothing in this clause excuses simple lateness.
If one clause is ever found unenforceable, it is severed and the rest carries on unchanged. Not enforcing a term once does not waive it later. You may not transfer your order to another person without our written agreement, because the confidentiality clause is written around one named customer.
These terms, together with the privacy policy and the two policies named in the opening clause, are the entire agreement between us. Nothing said in a chat window, a phone call or an advertisement adds a term to it unless it is written into your quote.
